WHAT is ICE?
Incontro Culturale Erasmus (ICE) is a massive gathering of all the Erasmus students of Italy. We will meet in Rome with more than 3000 Erasmus students for a 3-day trip where we will visit the capital of Italy and party all together!

HOW MUCH? The fee of the event is 100€ and it includes:
* Transport with private bus
* Travel insurance
* 2 Nights in a hotel (breakfast incl.)
* City tour
* 2 PARTIES!

REGISTRATION:
The preregistration will be open on Wednesday 10th of October (https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1p0l5xjNIdCiPTnkA-UeAX_y3AabcyEF4r3Es19U...) . The preregistration order will be followed for the registration.

THIS TRIP IS RESERVED FOR INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS ONLY!

TRANSPORT: We will travel to Rome on our private bus.
* Departure from Salerno on Friday 11th of November at 10.00.
* Departure from Rome on Sunday 13th of November after lunch. Arrival in Salerno in the late evening.

ACCOMMODATION: We will spend two nights (Friday and Saturday)

SIGHTSEEN: We will go for a guided tour of the city hitting all the main sights of interests (Colosseum, Roman Forum, Imperial Fora, Capitoline Hill, Piazza Venezia, Pantheon, Piazza Colonna, Piazza di Spagna). A ticket for visiting the Vatican Museums is not included (9 €)

PARTIES: Last but not least! We will party for two nights in a row with more than 3000 other Erasmus students from all over Italy. Both parties have a theme so BE READY!
* Friday 11th of November: “Nel blu dipinto di blu, felICE di stare lassù”. The color of our national team is blue. Have fun...
* Saturday 13th of November: “Flag ParadICE”. This is a flag party. Wear the colors of your home country.

QUÉ es ICE?

INCONTRO CULTURALE ERASMUS (ICE) es un encuentro masivo de todos los estudiantes

Erasmus de Italia. Nos encontraremos en Roma con más de 3000 estudiantes Erasmus durante

un viaje de 3 días en el que visitaremos la capital de Italia y saldremos todos juntos de fiesta!

CUANTO CUESTA? La cuota del evento son 100€ e incluye:

*Transporte con bus privado

*2 noches de hotel (desayuno incluido)

*Tour por la ciudad

*2 FIESTAS!

INSCRIPCIÓN

La preinscripción se abrirá el miércoles 10 de octubre

preinscripción previa será seguido para la inscripción.

ESTE VIAJE ESTÁ RESERVADO UNICAMENTE PARA ESTUDIANTES INTERNACIONALES!

TRANSPORTE: Viajaremos a Roma en un bus privado.

*Salida de Salerno el viernes 11 de Noviembre a las 10:00

*Salida de Roma el domingo 13 de Noviembre después de comer. Llegada a Salerno a la tarde-

noche.

ALOJAMIENTO: Estaremos 2 noches (Viernes y Sábado)

TURISMO: Haremos una visita guiada por la ciudad para visitar los principales lugares de

interés (Coliseo, Foro Romano, Foros imperiales, La Colina Capitolina, Plaza Venezia, Panteón,

Plaza Colonna, Plaza de España). La entrada para visitar los Museos Vaticanos no está incluida

(9€).

FIESTAS: Lo último, pero no por ello lo menos importante! Nos iremos de fiesta dos noches con

otros más de 3000 estudiantes Erasmus de toda Italia. Ambas fiestas tienen una temática, así

que ESTAD LISTOS!

*Viernes 11 de Noviembre: “Nel blu dipinto di blu, felICE di stare lassù”. El color de nuestro

equipo nacional es azul… Que os divirtáis…

*Sábado 13 de Noviembre: “Flag ParadICE”. Esta es una fiesta de las banderas. Llevad los

colores de vuestro país de origen.
