Dal 13 al 15 Novembre ci sarà l'Incontro Culturale Erasmus di ESN Italia:
3000 erasmus di tutta Italia andranno nella capitale per scoprire le bellezze culturali di una delle città più belle del mondo che vanta una storia ricca e gloriosa: ROMA!
Di notte tutte le sezioni ESN si riuniranno per festeggiare insieme e dar vita ad una delle feste erasmus più incredibili dell'anno!

La fee di 100 € comprende:
1. Trasporti con bus privato da Salerno ad Anagnina (per andare all'Ostello, vicino Termini, è necessario prendere la metro; il costo del biglietto è 1,50€ e non è incluso)
2. Alloggio per 2 notti
3. Welcome pack con maglietta dell'evento
4. Visita guidata che comprende il seguente tour:
-Colosseo (entrata non inclusa)
-Foro Romano
-Fori Imperiali
-Campidoglio
-Piazza Venezia
-Pantheon
-Piazza Colonna
-Piazza Spagna

5. Festa del venerdì: FLUO PARTY
In una delle discoteche più famose di Roma
Possibilità di comprare articoli fluo a prezzi bassissimi poichè ESN Italia predisporrà un modulo ed ordinerà gli articoli direttamente da un grande fornitore

6. Festa del sabato: FROZEN PARTY
In una location che si apre solo a grandi eventi

7. Trasporti sabato notte per il ritorno dalla discoteca a Roma Termini con bus privato.

Possibilità di ingresso ai musei Vaticani a prezzo scontato di 9€.

L'Incontro Culturale Erasmus di ESN Italia è patrocinato dall'Agenzia Nazionale Erasmus+ e dal Comune di Roma, e la conferenza di apertura tenuta da ESN Italia sarà nel Senato della Repubblica Italiana il giorno prima dell'inizio dell'Evento.

Per prenotare fino a esaurimento posti potete andare all'Ostello Ave Gratia da martedì 6 Ottobre dalle 16.00 alle 18.00 e versare un anticipo di 50€.

E' necessario avere la ESN card per prenotare poichè le attività di ESN sono solo per i propri associati

From the 13th to the 15th of November the Erasmus Cultural Event of ESN Italy will take place!!

3000 Erasmus from all over Italy will go to the Capital city of our Country to discover the cultural beauty of one of the most wonderful cities of the world, with its rich and glorious history: ROME!!

During the night all the ESN sections will meet to celebrate and party in one of the most incedible and amazing Erasmus parties of the year!!

The participation fee of €100 includes:

1. Private bus from Salerno to Anagnina (to reach the hostel, very close to Termini station, you will then have to take a metro. The ticket - €1.50 - it's not included in the fee)
2. Accomodation for 2 nights
3. Welcome pack + event t-shirt
4. Guided tour of the city with professional guide, during which you will see:
- Colosseo (entrance not included)
- Foro Romano
- Fori Imperiali
- Campidoglio
- Piazza Venezia
- Pantheon
- Piazza Colonna
- Piazza di Spagna

Friday night. FLUO PARTY
In one of the most famous clubs of Rome. You will also have the chance to buy fluo gadgets for a very cheap price, since ESN Italy will create a form and will order the gadgets to a big company.

Saturday night: FROZEN PARTY
In a location that opens just for big events.

If you wish to visit the Vatican Musem you can have a reduced ticket at the very special price of €9

The Erasmus Cultural Eventof ESN Italy has the patronage of the Erasmus National Agency and the Municipality of Rome. Moreover the opening cerimony will take place at the Senate of the Italian Republic the day before the starting of the event. 

To reserve your spot before the overbooking, you can go to Ave Gratia Hostel starting from Tuesday 6th of October, from 16.00 to 18.00, and book your spot with an advanced payment of €50

In order to book the trip you must have the ESNcard since all the ESN activities are exclusive for its associates.
