CHE COSA È L'ICE?
L'incontro culturale Erasmus (ICE) è un raduno di massa degli studenti Erasmus in Italia. Ci incontreremo a Roma con più di 3000 studenti Erasmus per un viaggio di 3 giorni in cui visiteremo la capitale d'Italia e festeggeremo tutti insieme!
HOW MUCH? La quota dell'evento è di € 115 e comprende:
* Trasporto con bus privato
* Assicurazione di viaggio
* 2 notti in un hotel 4*
* Colazione inclusa
* Visita della città
* FESTA CON GLI ERASMUS DA 53 CITTA’ ITALIANE
Partiremo venerdì 15 di mattina e torneremo domenica 17 di sera.
QUESTO VIAGGIO È RISERVATO AI SOLI STUDENTI INTERNAZIONALI!
ALLOGGIO: Trascorreremo due notti in hotel vicino al centro città (venerdì e sabato).
FESTA: ultimo ma non meno importante! Faremo FESTA con studenti erasmus di tutta italia
L’iscrizione avverrà nel seguente modo:
1. Il giorno GIOVEDI’ 10 OTTOBRE ORE 16:30 Verrà pubblicato sulla pagina di questo evento il link con il form da compilare per la preiscrizione. Vi verranno chiesti Nome, Cognome, Email e numero di ESNcard. L’ordine di priorità è in base all’ordine di compilazione del form.
2. I primi 90 verranno contattati via mail entro domani alle 12:00 per la conferma dell’assegnazione del posto e dovranno perfezionare l’iscrizione ed effettuare il pagamento della prima parte -60€- (in contanti il 11 ottobre dalle 18:00 alle 20:00 presso la “Boutique dei Sapori”, via dei Principati, 74, o via bonifico inviando la prova di pagamento a esnsalerno@gmail.com) entro le 20:00 del 11 ottobre.
3. I successivi verranno inseriti in waiting list (la waiting list non garantisce il posto) ma verranno ugualmente contattati via mail per effettuare il pagamento (in contanti il 11 ottobre dalle 18:00 alle 20:00 presso la “Boutique dei Sapori”, via dei Principati, 74, o via bonifico inviando la prova di pagamento a esnsalerno@gmail.com) entro le 20:00 del 11 ottobre.

WHAT is ICE?
Incontro Culturale Erasmus (ICE) is a massive gathering of all the Erasmus students of Italy. We will meet in Rome with more than 3000 Erasmus students for a 3-day trip where we will visit the capital of Italy and party all together!
HOW MUCH? The fee of the event is 115€ and it includes:
* Transport with private bus
* Travel insurance
* 2 Nights in a hotel 4*
* Breakfast included
* City tour
* PARTY with erasmus student from 53 italian citiy!
We will leave in the morning on Friday 15th and we will come back in the evening of Sunday 17th.
THIS TRIP IS RESERVED FOR INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS ONLY!
ACCOMMODATION: We will spend two nights in hotel close to the city center (Friday and Saturday)
PARTY: Last but not least! We will party with more than 3000 other Erasmus students from all over Italy.

The subscription will be this way:
1. On THURSDAY OCTOBER 10TH at 16:30 the link to the form to be filled for pre-subscription will be published on the page of this event. You will be asked for Name, Surname, email and ESNcard number. The priority order is based on the order of filling in the form.
2. The first 90 will be contacted by email by tomorrow at 12:00 to confirm the assignment of the place and must complete the registration and make the payment of the first part -60€- (in cash on October 11th from 18:00 to 20:00 at the "Boutique dei Sapori", via dei Principati, 74, or by bank transfer by sending the proof of payment to esnsalerno@gmail.com) by 20:00 pm on October 11th.
3. The next ones will be added to the waiting list (waiting list is not a guarantee) but will also be contacted by email to make the payment of the first part -60€- (in cash on October 11th from 18:00 to 20:00 at the "Boutique dei Sapori", via dei Principati, 74, or by bank transfer sending proof of payment to esnsalerno@gmail.com ) by 20:00 pm on October 11th.

INCONTRO CULTURALE ERASMUS (ICE) es un encuentro masivo de todos los estudiantes Erasmus de Italia. Nos encontraremos en Roma con más de 3000 estudiantes Erasmus durante un viaje de 3 días en el que visitaremos la capital de Italia y saldremos todos juntos de fiesta!
CUANTO CUESTA? La cuota del evento son 115€ e incluye:

ALOJAMIENTO: Estaremos 2 noches in un hotel en el centro de Roma (Viernes y Sábado)
FIESTA: Lo último, pero no por ello lo menos importante! Nos iremos de fiesta con más de 3000 estudiantes Erasmus de toda Italia.

La suscripción será de esta manera:
1. El día JUEVES 10 DE OCTUBRE A LAS 16:30 se publicará el enlace al formulario que hay que rellenar para la preinscripción, en la página de este evento. Tendrás que poner Nombre, Apellido, Correo electrónico y número de ESNcard. El orden de prioridad se basa en el orden de cumplimentación del formulario.
2. Los primeros 90 serán contactados entre las 12:00 de mañana por correo electrónico para confirmar la asignación de la plaza y deberan completar la inscripción y hacer el pago de la primera parte -60€- (en efectivo el 11 octubre de 18:00 a 20:00 en la "Boutique dei Sapori", via dei Principati, 74, o por transferencia bancaria mediante el envío de la prueba de pago a esnsalerno@gmail.com) antes de las 20.00 pm del 11 de octubre.
3. Los siguientes serán apuntados a la lista de espera (la lista de espera no es una garantía) pero también serán contactados por correo electrónico para hacer el pago de la primera parte -60€- (en efectivo el 11 de octubre de 18:00 a 20:00 en la "Boutique dei Sapori", via dei Principati, 74, o por transferencia bancaria enviando un comprobante de pago a esnsalerno@gmail.com ) antes de las 20:00 del 11 de octubre.
